Deposit/Payments
A non refundable deposit of £30 will secure your booking. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to departure. Provisional bookings are accepted, however your booking will not be confirmed until a deposit is paid...
Single rooms
Unfortunately most hotels apply a single room supplement.
Cancellations
Cancel within a reasonable notice and just the deposit will be lost. In the unlikely event we cancel a tour for any reason what so ever, a full refund of monies will be made, lack of numbers may be a valid reason for cancellation.
Coaches
Lynch coach tours pride themselves on the cleanliness of their coaches, therefore there is a strict policy of no hot food,alcohol,or smoking on board bus.
Luggage
Lynch coach tours will not accept responsibility for luggage i.e. loss or damage that also includes lost property on the bus..
Insurance
Lynch coach tours does not include insurance with their packages, however we do advise that you take out insurance on breaks over 3 days.
